The details worth knowing before you book — kept short and plain.
Payment
Full payment is required within two weeks of submitting the booking form. 2KO works on a first-come, first-served basis, so unpaid bookings are not allocated a firm place until settled.
Prepayment discounts
15% discount for payment two weeks prior to the start date; 10% within 30 days of completion; no discount beyond 60 days after completion.
Payment plans
Flexi-payment over 3, 4 or 6 months is available for non-company-invoiced courses, at 2KO’s discretion and in writing. A payment plan may carry a small reduction in benefits.
Booking
2KO may change a course date (up to one week prior) if there are fewer than the minimum of 7 confirmed delegates.
Cancellation
Bookings may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 14 calendar days before the start date (minimum ten working days’ notice). Less than 10 working days’ notice: 60% of the fee is due. Less than 7 calendar days: 100% is due.
Refunds (online courses)
Proof of payment is required before an online course starts. Once started, no refund applies. Cancellation within 7 days of purchase is refunded at 50%.
Late payment
A late penalty of 10% of the invoice applies where payment is not made by the date stated on the purchase order.

2KO Africa protects your privacy and the confidentiality of the information you provide. It is used only to process your registration and keep your records current, and is never sold.
